We tried this place because I really liked their versatile menu. We tried the squash ramen, the spicy miso ramen, and the shishito peppers. Everything had great flavor. I was really happy with the squash broth. I don’t know if it was fully vegetarian (we are not vegetarian) but it was very tasty and a nice alternative to the frequently sodium bombs of other ramen places and the kimchi is a great pop of sour spicy flavor. Thankful we don’t always have to go to San Jose for good and diverse food!! I ordered this today, 7/8/24 and everything is delicious!!!! Not only that the service was amazing even for takeout. I ordered the Tom Yum Shrimp with extra ramen and sea salt edamame! Ordered online, it was hot and fresh :) very cool and great energy to see the owners and employees all working together. Great takeout spot!
