“We had an absolutely lovely dining experience last night at Vigilucci's Cucina. Relaxed pace, delicious foods and drinks, great recommendations on our selections of foods and wines. Everything was absolutely perfect! We did not tell the team it was my birthday, but one of our waiters overheard my husband toast with me happy birthday and at the end of our meal brought a delicious treat with a candle, and a happy birthday card signed by all the staff. Truely it was one of the most wonderful and perfect dining out experiences we have had in a very long time. I'm still feeling happy and smiling today. I can not thank them enough for making my birthday dinner out so wonderful. My husband and I decided this location of Vigilucci's is our special celebration “go to”from now on! Our anniversary is coming in April, so we will be back soon. Our sincere thank you.“

“It suits any kind of gathering. The food was amazing. The Manhattan on the rocks-I love when they use the single large ice cube! There was nothing I didn’t like except as the place filled up we got a little warm but still enjoyed our full experience there.“

“I went for a late lunch and we were seated in a very back room with plenty of natural lighting. My brother walked with a cane and should have been seated closer to the restroom, but didnt ask. The server was new. Placed the refill salad bowl inside the empty salad bowl. Otherwise he was pretty good. The soup I had tasted watered down, but not enough to complain.“

“The kids buffet is like $14, which is the same price as a kids meal at most places around legoland. The adult buffet is like $25 or $27ish (definitely less than $30). This includes a self-serve, all-you-can-eat buffet with fountain drink, salad bar, pasta, and pizza.

The buffet and tables are a bit chaotic since it’s a free for all (you find your own table and people/kids leave a mess on the tables).

The other diners at the restaurant can be gross, like touching food and not using the buffet utensils properly. Like, a lot of the diners are kids since duh it’s legoland. But still.

If you have celiac or a food allergy, tell the host or cashier. Michael (the cook handling allergy/celiac meals) came out to discuss options with me. He was fantastic! He offered to make a gluten-free pizza (cheese, meat lovers, veggie, etc.) that takes ~8 minutes. He also offered GF pasta, though it would take ~30 minutes since they boil it in fresh, uncontaminated water (a good sign!).

Michael made me a delicious GF pizza—thin crust, balanced toppings, and clearly made with care. I also asked if he could make a safe salad since the salad bar is a gluten nightmare (cross-contamination everywhere). He brought out a beautiful, tasty salad and even offered a box for my leftovers.

“Very good pizza and wings. Pizza came out pretty quickly. Sauce is not sweet, which is a good thing. Crust is airy and crunchy. Hot wings were also good. Good sauce. Right amount of vinegar and heat.“

“Wonderful dinner experience. Stephanie was attentive and made the night feel special. Everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented especially the rock shrimp and calamari (best appetizer). The mango sorbet was the perfect finish. We'll definitely be back.“

It’s a warm, welcoming pizzeria and Italian restaurant tucked away in La Costa, and it’s quickly become one of my new favorites. We had the chance to meet one of the owners, and she couldn’t have been more friendly and genuine — the kind of hospitality that makes the whole experience even better.

The food was absolutely delicious — classic Italian comfort done right — and the drinks were outstanding. It’s the perfect spot whether you’re out for a date night, grabbing dinner with family, or catching a game with friends. I really enjoyed our evening and can’t recommend Crust enough.“

Husband got the surf and turf which came with a generous portion of filet a lobster four or five shrimp and veggies. I got the appetizer shrimp barsac, which I didn't like and sent it back because it was not peeled properly so I just ate off my husband's plate and it was really good“
