“We had a delicious and wonderful experience at Giovanettis. We were welcomed in to the restaurant with a smile and friendly Hostess who later went over the daily specials with passion. Her passion for the food and the description of each dish was inspiring.
Our server was great - turned us on to a delicious wine from Sicily which was surprisingly reasonably priced. I had the Salmon alla checca. Wow was this delicious! The Salmon was cooked perfectly and the pasta had a fresh tomato, garlic, basil topping, light on the oil. This was a perfect dish. Prior to the pasta we started with a salad and bread - The salad was fresh, crisp, flavorful with a yummy light dressing and the bread was served with real butter, not whipped or altered just real butter - delicious.
Service was impeccable and the food outstanding. We are new regulars!“

“Tried the penne alla vodka (switched penne with Spaghetti) and Rigatoni alla Boscaiola. Both of them are very good, creamy and flavorful.

Tiramisu is very good and perfect, and it tasted like home made with a balance of cream and bread. The strawberry cheesecake gelato is a must try too!!“

“Nucci’s was the perfect place to host my dad’s 80th birthday. They closed the restaurant on a Friday night for our family, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The food was outstanding, homemade, authentic, and made with so much love. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate a family milestone, I highly recommend Nucci’s. “My experience here was nothing short of perfection. This was my first time coming here. I was on my way home from a completely horrible day at work when I saw this shop. When I entered, I was met with smiles and warm greetings. The owners were very nice, outgoing, bubbly and attentive. Their food menu had a lot to offer, there weren’t any prices on the menus but they had a large selection. The shop was very cute on the inside and seemed very clean. I will definitely be back as I shared a love of excessive amounts of garlic with the owners! My pizza was amazing and probably the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Their ranch was to die for!!!!! This definitely made my day 100% better.“

“I was very surprised by this place and its food. The calamari was fried just perfect and the Greek Salad was wonderful which had just enough feta cheese unlike other places.

The manager on Friday was very welcoming to our group of 10 and very accommodating, he also personally took care of us. We sat outside on the picnic tables, the evening weather was just perfect and the music was jamming.

Our group will definitely be returning for another fun evening. 🍕🥗🍺“

“Met the owner and his family on the train going toward Encinitas and they were some of the coolest train folk I’ve ever met. They were kind enough to give me and my partner a free box of their grand slam pizza (which we both devoured due to the deliciousness.) I think it’s safe to say that, that was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had on a train before. Or ever. I’m not located in vista whatsoever, however, I’d make a 2 hour trip to grand slam solely to get another taste of that pizza. (And ranch!) I never got the owners name unfortunately, but me and my partner were very grateful for your kindness and pizza that day. Hope to visit grand slam soon!!“

“We're from the Inland Empire area and used to live in Vista years ago. We used to go to the Two Brothers location on Vista Way. I guess they closed down. But thank God this spot was in Vista as well. Food is delicious and the customer service was excellent. Super friendly and attentive.“

“This place Is absolutely delicious. I love their fetuccini Alfredo with chicken n mashrooms, meatlovers pizza, antipasto salad. Actually everything i tried there is really good. Meat Calzones, chicken wings. I just love their homemade food over all. Is fresh and really tasty. So yummy. Higly recommended.“
