“The employees at this Panera are all super friendly, greeting me by name and saying hi when I walk through the door. I go here every morning for the Sip Club offer and it's definitely worth it. The brownies are fantastic and there's often nice smells in the store.“
“I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews describing service but I've gone probably 10 times recently to use as a study space and I've been fortunate to have gotten good service I suppose? The employees seem busy but they're friendly and helpful, even when I tried to redeem a faulty gift card they were patient. However I do think they're pricey, especially for the small servings. I would come here a lot more if the prices weren't so inflated.“
