Made an order with the app, but the person at the counter couldn't find the mobile order. She had to get a manager to assist. The android app needs some work to eliminate the bugs. Starbucks is so much better than Panera. The coffee is awful I bought the sip membership but definitely won't renew as the coffee at McDonald's is much better in taste and value.
I was working for a few hours at Panera and one of the employees came by and said "I can't tell you're working hard over here" and brought me a cookie on the house! It was such a kind gesture and it totally made my day. I know most cafes don't love it when you camp out with your laptop but I felt comfortable doing so here and they have fast wifi too. Thanks for being a great study spot!
