“The soufflé was very good.
The service was attentive but not too overbearing.
The biggest issue with this place is the exclusivity. You have to book weeks in advance. They’re only open. Monday to Friday and only for a few hours over lunch.
It seems more like someone’s hobby restaurant. Even with a table open. People get turned away.
I know soufflés are a very timely endeavor and preparation is involved, however when all you do is soufflé I think you could make it more accessible to everyone.

“We really enjoy eating here. The service is excellent, the food is very good. It has an old style elegance. Very nice menu selections and a nice wine list. The servers are attentive, not overly so and very helpful in guiding wine selection and food recommendation. We walked past this restaurant many times in the past and were really glad when we finally made a reservation. Now we eat there every time we are in town!“

“We ate one of the best meals of our lives here a year ago on our honeymoon. So remarkable I’m leaving this review a year later! I remember being greeted so warmly by the woman I believe is the owner. We were given complementary dessert and a champagne toast, too. This is a restaurant that lives up to its Michelin star(s)?“
