If you are to read one review in your life let it be this one, I beg of you. Sushi Terri takes the cake for being the top sushi empire in the west, I truly love this place. I dine here as often as I am in town. The spicy tuna crispy rice is so wonderful but not as wonderful as the staff 🤘🙂 I have been coming in for quite a while and it is always a joy to see Nuwan as well as Sebastian. Sushi Teri is the go-to sushi place in the small coastal village of Carpinteria. The restaurant has a huge inside, a lovely back patio, and street view seating out front. The atmosphere is comfortable, relaxed, and easy going. The service is excellent, friendly, and attentive, with staff in an upbeat mood; nobody rushes you through your meal.
The food is amazing, tasty, and delicious with a nice variety of offerings. The fish is very fresh. Specific recommendations include the beef chow mein, the godzilla roll, the spicy ramen, and the Japanese curry. The miso soup is perfectly seasoned, generous, and has abundant tofu. The seaweed salad is thick, hearty, and delicious. The garlic edamame is yummy and comes in a huge plate. Prices are moderate. The space is super clean and fresh. It is highly recommended.
