Ordered from here via Door Dash because I wanted to try their boneless chicken wing combo at approximately 1:45pm in which I get the expected delivery to be at 2:15pm. At around 2:00pm, my delivery driver texts me telling me they've run out of boneless and only have bone-in, which I am ok with. The delivery time is then pushed to 2:25pm and I wonder what could be taking so long to make 6 pcs of wings? Finally, I get another notification that my meal would arrive by 2:51pm. Honestly would never order from here again just due to how long it took to deliver the food. If anything, I felt really bad for the delivery driver as he patiently waited so long just for this order. I've ordered from several places before and none of them wait until the very last minute and have the delivery driver ask the customer if they are ok with a change in the order. The restaurants call me directly and deliver on or before the expected time. The worst part was the actual chicken wings themselves. Although I ordered Garlic Parmesan, they tasted really odd and almost flavorless; even ranch couldn't save them. The only thing I liked were the tots. Had to air fry them to get that nice crisp. The nail in the coffin was the drink. It was a whole cup full of ice and about just a quarter of it had any of the actual beverage. Would highly recommend staying away from this place. The pictures of the food may look appetizing, but I took the first bullet so that others don't have to.

One star for tricking people - this is just John's Incredible Pizza Company and not Boss. I didn't realize till I looked at the address and started driving. Also, when I made the mistake of ordering takeout on doordash they didn't even have my order in the system, so it was a total waste of time.

Ordered 3 items for delivery. Took over one hour via Yelp. The driver picked up our food, drove by our house, drove back to Boss Pizza & then came back. The works Pizza had no sauce. BBQ chicken pizza also had no sauce and did not look like the pizza we ordered last time. The third item were the Jalapeño poppers. Which we did not get at all. Pretty disappointed overall with this experience.

Marginal at best. For $40 I would expect much more. And on top of it the door dash driver went to the wrong address and left it by the door. Should have ordered Pizza Hut lol
