The hours posted at the door says they are open till 12am. I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru and nobody took my order. I pull up to the window and see someone in the kitchen who completely ignores me.

The service here is awful. I was in the drive thru and I had to repeat my order 3 times. I spoke clearly and slowly. When I got to the window they were blasting music, which is why I had to repeat the order. Then my food was cold and made my boyfriend sick. This location has really gone down hill.
Tables were dirty. I requested for table to be wiped clean. Shift manager replied. "Don't have time for that, here are some napkins"

I waited in line for the speaker and somebody to answer. I wrote over the speaker wires twice trying to get a response. Finally, I just said I'm gonna go up to the window drive-through. Got up to the window after waiting 10 minutes somebody came to the window and said, can I help you and I said I need to Junior whopper cheeseburgers. The man rang it up and then the man who is cooking, said we don't have any more junior whopper cheeseburgers, they could've said something earlier so I wouldn't of waited in the car for 10 minutes to find this out. This is after I've already paid at the drive up window. They didn't even offer a consolation or condolences at all. It was here's a change for that and you're in rings will be right here. How much is a whopper with cheese over nine dollars they wouldn't even cut the price to match the two junior whoppers. I'll never go back here again terrible service.

Literally took 8 minutes on drive thru when I was the only car in line and had to wait for my spicy chicken sandwich,the girl on drive thru had an ugly attitude seemed she hates her job , came to the window and asked her if she had gotten my order correct she said yes and gave me a nasty look lol if you guys don’t like your job find a better one !!!!

The Worst customer service. They told me all they can do is pan fry their burger patties but wouldn't recommend it because their customers get SICK when they do that. Upset, hungry and intrigued I reluctantly said okay. The patties were inedible and rubbery. Did not eat but they weren't going to refund my online order. Even after, saying they were "closed" at 10pm.
