We ordered the 16 piece family meal advertised for $49.99 along with a large drink at time of paying the total was $65.59 and showing taxed 2 times. I asked for a refund and would not give me a receipt showing proof that it was going to be refunded she claimed that receipts are only given when purchasing. Her attitude was extremely rude! She told me they did not want my business.

There was a time when I could walk in and order food an hour before closing. Once I even got there 35 minutes before closing and the employee who saw me try to open the locked door was gracious enough to unlock the door for me and allow me to order. However, the last few months I've arrived an hour to an hour and a half before the listed closing time and the employees who saw me try to open what should be an unlocked door gave me dirty looks and acted like I was inconveniencing them by trying to be a customer at the establishment. It's not like there's any tables to clean, or chairs to put up that would require you to lock up an hour and a half early. Do better KFC.
