After having an online order getting cancelled at 10:00 am, 11/17/23 I immediately called customer service and was given the phone number of the store. I spoke to Susana and explained my situation, she assured me to place my order again and she'd work on it. (Mystery of why the 1st order got declined) Anyways, I re-ordered and sure enough she calls me back and completes my order for (9) people, which included, 3 piece combos, sides, sauces, drinks, utensils, you name it....

Going to grab good food for my daughter and I. We're having monitored visitation on this day at the park. We need positive healthy meals and KFC did it for us on this day at this point.
