After having an online order getting cancelled at 10:00 am, 11/17/23 I immediately called customer service and was given the phone number of the store. I spoke to Susana and explained my situation, she assured me to place my order again and she'd work on it. (Mystery of why the 1st order got declined) Anyways, I re-ordered and sure enough she calls me back and completes my order for (9) people, which included, 3 piece combos, sides, sauces, drinks, utensils, you name it....
