We've been twice and both times due to the ratio of customers in contrast to the number of waitresses caused food to be brought out late or items completely forgotten. Service is still 5 / 5. The waitresses both were working so hard and constantly on the move so we knew that it wasn't a lack of effort on their end. Both visits were during the week late morning. Not sure if they managers need to hire more help but the lack of supports hinders the experience; and may cost...
Food is delicious. I had the chicken fried steak w/gravy (recommend this one). Everyone at our table enjoyed their food. Service was under whelming (server), we assume it was because it appeared they were short staffed. Nice atmosphere.
I enjoy everything about Norms period. Yesterday evenings experience was one of a kind. Two young ladies were doing there best. The manager Candice and one of her servers (female) were a little stressed, but confident. My overall take, there must of been some kind of miscommunication. Hey, who and the Heaven am I to judge.
