I was greeted when I arrived and sat in the counter section. My server Arlin welcomed me and asked if I'd like a soft drink and water which I appreciated. I had the Fish and Chips, ChickenTortilla Soup and a side salad. It was perfect! Hot and ready in no time with great taste and flavor! Thank you Arlin and thank you Norms!
They gave my nephew a bitten sausage I wasnt going to say anything when I told the cashier he was acting like I said that to get my money back I paid in cash I only told him so that it doesn't happen to anyone else
It was a real nice restaurant with great atmosphere. Looks very new. The food was excellent. Was just disappointed in the customer service. We came today to celebrate my Birthday around 11am and it was packed with only 2 waiters in the whole restaurant which caused a delay in service. Our waiter was new and was a bit nervous. I definitely know he was trying his best and have some grace with that :). Luckily, the other staff stepped in to help us.
