I've been coming here for a while always had good service and great food. A lot of comments here about THEIR policy to use the restroom are ridiculous. Those comments sound self entitled. It's THEIR restaurant and their policy on that is legit.

I was traveling and stopped by the restaurant to get a taco. There was a line at the restaurant so I told the cashier that I was going to order but needed to use the restroom first. She said,
That I had to wait my turn in line and pay for the order before she would give me the code to the restroom. That was extremely rude and untrustworthy of people. Terrible service. I was so angry that I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I will never go back into another one of these restaurants again because of the way that I was treated. I would much rather pay more and go to another place. Then eat where a business has such lack of faith in humanity. All around bad experience.

I called to order an asada burrito. On the way to pick up my burrito i found out that we lost a close family friend so i had been on facetime upon walking in. Nevertheless i greeted the person at the register told him i came for my order. It was already ready but when i hand him the 15$ he answered the call for another order. And he couldnt multi task. So im like “i know you are working but i have to return to work”. He ignored me but when i raised my voice he had the nerve to argue that i was on the phone when i walked in like he knew that i wasnt on the phone with someone about a death. That wasnt the point still. I been handed him the money whether or not i was on the phone but he couldnt give me my change. Arguing with a paying customer is crazy. The meat is very fresh, and all kinds of barbecue except steak are great. The portion is really big, enough for me to order two meals. The food served tasted great. There are three kinds of sauces on the sauce table, none of them are spicy and there is no lemon.
