A big shout out to Big Apple Bagels. They donated lunches for a Bocce tournament put on by the Castro Valley Bocce Club held in September. Our orders were personalized with our names so everyone was able to get what they wanted. I had a Turkey bagel sandwich and it was delicious. I especially like their bagel chips. Thank you for your generosity and support of our community. It was greatly appreciated.
Guys working at the store seemed absolutely miserable. Zero customer service. I mean....I don't recall someone looking so miserable at work in recent memory. Smile.......act like you need your customers. Ordered the Lox Bagel. It was OK - they skimped on the red onions and capers. For $16 I was expecting a lot more. Must cost $1 to make the bagel. Try harder guys. I wouldn't come back here.

I have stopped into this great breakfast spot for several years. I am always greeted by this team. My bagel sandwiches are always cooked to order. I also sometimes pick up their Polish or Hot bagel dogs. Very organized and clean sitting area. The savory bagel chips are delicious !! The gentleman in the back who makes my order always addresses me as Boss. He is the true Boss! He is the relationship builder who makes my visits very pleasant!
