Used to be good but now they consistently get my order wrong. I paid for extra meat which is like $6 dollars and didn't get it. They also gave me no lettuce and tomato which I didn't ask for. Wasted money here.

My Castro Valley Nation’s is great. I walked in for dinner and was greeted by Alejandra. She took my order correctly and asked if I wanted pie (very tempting). As I waited I watched Alejandra work. She pleasantly said goodbye to her colleague and took up her cooking station after she put on gloves. The phone would ring and she’d take orders, more customers were dropping in, and online orders were coming too. All along, she was patient, pleasant, efficient, calm, and sweet. I realized they were short staffed and she was stepping up as a hard worker. I haven’t seen that dedication in a long time. She was helping her colleague as her job became chaotic, as a team and a friend. It made me feel so good that there are people like her! Thank you.

My experience at nation's hamburgers today was quite different. They have a sign over the register that you can't even read. Because the letters are so small. I notice you do not have the same menu as you've had for years anyway. I anyway. I enjoy your restaurant it's very nice straight clean From the last time I've been there. Problem is I ordered eggs. And how's Browns Also ordered ham and got a small hamburger. I don't like to throw away food so I sat and ate it. I went home and on the way which I live in A. Different town from your facility I got awfully sick And so did my partner who wanted to say an identical saying. Thanks , I don't know what happened or what we ate a mayor stubborn so fat and cause a little discomfort .

No more jalapeño peppers, get out of here. Now you have to ask for napkins. The ladies that work here are great.

I got food poisoning here. Stomach pain all night and started 1 hour after eating here. I don't think they clean the grill and food was not fresh. Ketchup dispenser exploded when I used it and got everywhere. Seats were greasy and sticky. Service was fine but no napkins in the eating area.
Moving up the star rating because we moved back to the area and this has become one of our go to spots. Still loving the grilled cheese after all these years. Onion rings are delicious and we always try to check out the pie of the month- French apple January 2024 if you are interested. Service is still great and the people are friendly. We will continue to enjoy this spot. Burgers are consistently juicy and I like that I can order online and typically pick up in less than 20 minutes.
