The staff is really friendly. They always say hi when you enter I never had to wait for my drink or my food. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends really good hospitality. Good customer service.

There is a girl named Jocelyn who is very unprofessional, has an attitude and another lady that works there that has a very unusual demeanor - they company needs to train both of them on providing better service. One of them had an attitude about making my drink a certain way and then eventually made it the wrong way and then when her supervisor went over to help her she acted just as incompetent and immature instead of teaching the other employee on how to put the customer first and make the drink correctly. At first I was being charged incorrectly so I let others go in front of me but instead of doing what was right, she sided with the employee and made matters worse and acted extremely aggressive. If a district manager was there they both would have gotten written up and they let somebody like that be a supervisor. It is really sad and still waiting for the district manager to contact me back. Hopefully they both can be trained how to have a more customer-centric approach. The supervisor on duty at the time was very dumbfounded and not a good example to the other employee.

All of the employees are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cafe is clean, well stocked, and has a good layout. Every now and then, people listen to music or watch videos without headsets, but other than that, it has a great atmosphere. It's one of my favorite places to walk to.

The cashier ignored you when you spoke to her. When you took the item she handed over, she made a strange noise. When you asked her what happened, she immediately turned back to work and ignored you. Has the boss never trained such an employee? Let the staff bring such a bad shopping experience

The staff at the Starbucks at Home Depot is a challenge .( 1 of 3 at mall..)they never get my drink right and price keeps changing . No place to plug iny lap top, skimp on the whipped cream and sprinkles line is long and they sometimes cop additude. Maybe us people tipped more ?

Apparently you can’t use the restroom 30 minutes before closing as they have already cleaned it . Even though coffee is known as a laxative.. I only had to pee after my drink but geez denying restroom facilities because you don’t want to clean it again probably means you should wait until you’re actually closed .
