The restaurant is clean and inviting, with favorites including the Las Vegas roll, deep-fried California roll, and the chef's special roll. The sushi tastes fresh, and portions are generous, like the Salmon Teriyaki Bowl and the 3-choice bento box, which is almost too much food. Even the spicy tuna sushi and garlic edamame are delicious. While service can be slow at times, it’s excellent overall, and the vibes are immaculate. Plan on spending about $50 for bowls plus sushi—it’s not cheap but not expensive either. Vegan options are available, and parking is easy in the large lot. A great spot to refuel, especially before heading to Joshua Tree National Park.
