Pollo 🐓 loco is all ways good and better than KFC by far
18 days later (and counting), several emails, fb messages no reply? Store manager emailed me 6 days after the fact, told her I do not do phone calls, because talk is cheap and emails are good documentation for accountability purposes. Heard nothing more from her since.
Are the guys at the corporate level just as dismissive of legit customer concerns?
