The Sandtrap Bar & Grill I believe that The Sandtrap is the best food establishment in Beaumont, California. After living here for 9 years, it's about time that, I help someone find the best eatery in Beaumont, CA. Exhibit A. The Cheeseburgers are off the chain, period. Cash Only! Beers are served in cans or bottles, but if you are lucky enough to show up on the days the owner is cooking shrimp OMG you are in for a treat. 5 stars for the Shrimp and 3 stars for the location. Yes it's a dive bar, but the food is awesome! The owner makes it from scratch. Pool table is available.

So there are two different places called the sand trap this review is for the one in cathedral city. This place is my kinda bar it's been here for over 40 years and the wonderful lady who runs it has owned it for 30 years. It's a total hole in the wall but it's my kinda bar and should be considered a local treasure. So when you go there you have to get the grilled shrimp.
