Hello to those are Wingstop. Today I placed an order online for pickup with a value of 60$. An employee notified us that the food would be ready within 20 minutes. We get to the restaurant only for the food to not be ready and having to wait an additional 30 minutes outside in the car. We receive the food and we’re missing more than half of our meal, our fries, drinks, veggie sticks and 10 piece wing. terrible service, terrible management team, terrible corporate management team and complete lack of customer service is why the Mitchell location has stopped me from ever eating a wingstop wing again. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a call back from corporate, no wonder your employees treat your customers like crap. because no one in the company cares at all about us customers keeping this terrible business alive.
