The pizza is okay. The cookie was inedible and it tatsed like sour flour. I don't think it was even baked. It seems like it was just set out in the sun to dry out.

Tables and floors are always dirty nobody cleans. The trash is overflowing and the lemonade dispenser was disgusting and wasn't working.

UPDATE 6-7-25:
Table's are still filthy dirty absolutely nobody cleans or wipes down tables. Literally everybody that showed up to eat had to clean and wipe down their own table everyone including myself. The tables floor and benches were so dirty they were sticky My clothes and hands will stick to the table and benches because of the filth..

This location staff seemed so depressed to be there, workers left pizzas outside instead of boxing them so they got cold. Tables were sticking af. Then the pie rise looked like this, why does it look so depressing.

Place has gone downhill dramatically fast. Used to be a great spot for lunches but now they're understaffed, the remaining staff seems frustrated/overworked, fountain machines are broken or empty (last week their only beverage was blue Gatorade), and there's long (30-40 minute) wait times because one person is doing everything over the lunch rush. Seems clearly a management issue - something changed dramatically just in the past month or so.

The store employee walked away from us initially because we weren’t ready to order. Another employee had to come over and help. Once we ordered we observed the same employee handling register, prep and cook with the same gloves. Once we brought it to his attention his reaction was condescending and he didn’t at all acknowledge the risk in what he was doing. He was very rude. The pizza was also rushed and not done properly. I will not come back to this location. I don’t know his name but it was a young male working at 11:40 am Friday May 2nd.

this place is weird we placed an order for a cheese pizza with garlic and jalapeños and they didn’t put cheese or garlic on it…and didn’t say anything about it until we opened the box and called them. also we paid for two sauces and they didn’t give us either of them. not sure why you would want to do business this way

Bad customer service! No deals , falsely advertising to be hand stretched when it’s not! Limit on how many pepperonis you can get, this is the only location that won’t let you get as many pepperonis when you only want 1 meat option! Non flexible! Will not return!

Not sure what has happened with management, but they are extremely strict on toppings to the point where anything additional than the set quantity is an extra charge. Absolutely ridiculous.

The pizzas are pretty small and thin. The bottoms are also burnt making the whole pizza taste awful. The pieces that weren’t burnt as bad were still very crunchy — like eating chips — it was a weird texture.
The staff is also not very welcoming. They seem like they are in a rush to get you out as fast as possible.

The fact that you can choose all the ingredients, including the dough and sauce it's amazing and their garlic bread perfect!! The air conditioning working perfectly

Stay away from this branch. Last time I ever come here. They are stingy with their toppings barely put any cheese and if you ask for extra of something they charge extra. The lead or manager whatever her title is, same girl that's always there in charge, always in a bad mood with her mad bulldog stare. Horrible customer service. Never coming back, voting with my dollars elsewhere.
