Star Bread is known for their senorita bread. I was excited to know they now have a bakery in Cerritos. I bought the senorita bread and notice it is very sweet. Its not the same with the other bakeries ive tried not too sweet. Ive been here 3 times . Out of the 3x been here i was able to buy the less sugar. Hope they lessen the sweetness?
I’m a baker so I normally don’t go to bakeries with high expectations. I went to the Cerritos store to try their senoritas because that’s what they are popular for. These were ok, just a tad better than the ones from the bakery across the street. That’s about it. Service was slow, so be prepared to wait. Almost as good as the bakery in Ball Road but the señorita bread here are inconsistent. Most of the time they're good but sometimes the taste are bland. The batch I bought for my co-workers were awesome. They finished the 50pcs in the box. One of them went to buy but she said it doesn't taste the same. Hope they fixed it.
