Multiple times I order Uber eats to this place and 80% of the time they get it incorrect Multiple times....they either miss an item or replace a different item....the staff need to read the order and not add random stuff to orders...I had to email this place Multiple times for a refund of the stuff they miss in person they get it wrong to....I walk up in person and they give me what I need but...im just disappointed about how they dont read the orders correctly 😐
It's just very bad, they're in a bad mood.
I had the most awful customer service experience with your worker Delilah. She threw my bag of food at me and was giving me attitude and being rude the entire time. She rolled her eyes at me right when it was my turn to order

Wetzel's Pretzels offers excellent treatment and service from its team, including Miss Kimberly. The restaurant has a reputation for flawless service, but occasional issues may arise. Customers can enjoy a variety of pretzels, including Pizza Bitz and Pepperoni Twist Pretzels, although the availability of certain items may vary. On special occasions like National Pretzel Day, Wetzel's Pretzels can get busy, but the staff is efficient and can handle high demand. Pretzels are baked fresh and served warm, with a dusting of salt and a satisfying crunch. Overall, Wetzel's Pretzels provides a great snacking experience with friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.
