Worst customer service I ever seen the restaurant is dirty the workers are rude The workers have a serious attitude problem the place smelled horrible. The burrito I got was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. I threw it in the trash. And I saw the employee spit in the food.

shout out to the employees! they are friendly & very chill! got my order ready in a timely manner! the vibes are very relaxed it’s a great atmosphere for a fast food establishment they play some music which is nice. very welcoming. food served fresh & hot! come for the food staying for the atmosphere!

Went there a little after nine in the morning for a lunch break. The lobby was clean but the woman behind the counter didn't appear to be happy and I could feel her vibes. Food took a little longer than expected and it's a little confusing because there weren't other customers in the lobby with me other than my co worker who ordered the same #4 as me.I'll try to come back next week during the same time to see if it's a good fit to come here during my lunch break. Food was mediocre: I've been eating Del Taco at various locations recently and they all look identical when it comes to the layout.

I love this location and the crew. They always get my order perfect and the food is delicious. Edit: minus one star for the rude woman who is always there and will always wreck your day. I actually go in way less because of her, but I am probably saving literally $500 a year now. But other than that, I love this place. EDIT: are the people responding to these posts on auto-pilot. I didn’t necessary have a “great” time? ?♂️

Fast drive thru service and very accurate. The lady at the drive thru was very nice and friendly. She looked to be working the window and the register. She was doing an amazing job !

If I can give a negative star rating I would...Horrible service!! Worst service ever!! I placed a big order... $75.69 worth of food for my coworkers and I lunch. We work grave yard and picked up this order at 10:43pm 11/25/23 (owner, you know who is working while I write this review). Who ever is the acting manager(lady), and the boy with glasses at the window need to be retrained!!! First, they didn't want to give me a receipt saying the machine was down. I told him that I really need the receipt for my cpr workers. Miracle, a few moments he gave me a receipt saying, "we got it working.." complete BS!!! When I first picked up my order I asked the boy 2x, are you sure everything is in there? He assured me yes, everything's in there. I get back to work to find a bunch of items missing. I called to let them know...and no answer the first time. 2nd time a rude, unapologetic lady answered, I think she's the acting manager, I told her everything that was missing and it was like dead air, ignoring me when I was talking to her. Because I felt ignored and I didn't think she was taking notes of the missing items, I asked her," so will you guys have everything ready for me when I get there because we are limited with time since it's our lunch." She rudely said," no, we'll make it when you get there." With no apologies for this mess up.I drive up there and get to the speaker and the rude, unapologetic lady gets on and asks me again what was missing, I tell her what was missing and then she rudely repeats back only 2 items. I tell her the other orders again for the 3rd time. She says to just pull up to the window. So I pulled up and the 2nd car in front of me was having an argument with "the lady" and the boy so this isn't anything new to these guys and this branch. So when I get to the window, the boy with the glasses gives me my order and says," that should be everything." And then just weirdly stares at me. I said ," what, no apology??? " he says sorry And I point at the lady who was pretending to be on the phone and told him,"she needs better customer service...." Horrible horrible service!!!

Just stepped in for a quick bite to get back on road ..a let me say the service here was fast and customer service two thumbs up ..since I couldn't make up my mind ..the food was good decent good ..compared to other fast food places ..thank u I'll see u again next time I'm around...
