“Really nice, helpful staff. The dining room is usually very quiet, so sometimes a lil waiting but worth it.
We stop there on Tuesdays when I pick up my kindergarten grandchild. They have free tiny ice cream cones for little ones with any purchase. With the W+ discount it is so helpful! I use the BK in Oroville too but I really love the Chico 2nd St sure.“
“I had to leave a review for the amazing young man working the drive-thru. I wish I remember what holiday it was.. maybe Labor Day or 4th of July? So many places were closed, they were incredibly busy, and he was handling the window completely on his own like a pro. He stayed friendly, efficient, and calm the entire time.
Our food was fresh, hot, and ready so quickly — you would never have guessed how busy it was. Huge credit to him for absolutely crushing it under pressure. Outstanding service!“
