We like hudsons, the staff is always friendly and the food is consistently good. Its a relaxed vibe type place. We typically go for brunch but sometimes dinner. Either way the selection is nice and its a great place to grab a drink with a partner, spouse, family or friends. The loco moco brunch dish is fantastic as are their poutin like gravy fries. Manager is a great guy and he cares about his establishment and the experience if his guests.
I really like Hudson's. My gripes are that it's kind of chaotic (although, the last time I was there the service was GREAT) and (I know this is incredibly nitpicky) they have no sandwich or burger option that don't get your hands greasy. That's just a me thing, but if you are like me, that's an annoyer.

Hudson’s is permanently closed. Such a bummer! I’ve heard that Burban Kitchen has a very similar menu but charges significantly more than Hudson’s does (did?). It’s the Meriam Park surcharge!
