If you are not intimately familiar with this place and a regular patient, then basically I don’t know what you are doing with your life. Carlos makes incredibly good food, the portions are solid, the drinks are delicious and not a rip off, the bartenders are nice and fun, it’s just a great place. That said, the new hours for the rest of the summer are killing me. I repeat, killing me.
Good food and always a lot of fun.

We had ordered various entrees and all were superb! Not to mention the complimentary glass of champagne to wash it down with.
We will definitely be back for the biscuits and gravy.
Panama Bar Cafe offers an excellent dining experience with incredibly good food, solid portions, and delicious drinks at reasonable prices. The bartenders are friendly and attentive, making conversation. The food is really good, simple and tasty. The spot is pretty chill with an awesome atmosphere and wonderful staff. The restaurant serves phenomenal dishes such as the $20 chicken piccata, which is prepared with lemon and caper sauce and accompanied by pasta primavera. The hot honey butter chicken salad is a delicious and satisfying option.
