For the past few weeks I've had cravings for taco bell, frequently, and this store used to make the best food. Recently they've been forgetting things like guac on a cantina bowl and the rice has been consistently undercooked. Some rice is soft and some is hard like it never touched water.

I really used to like this location as they were always quick and friendly compared to the other locations. Lately a lot of the employees have been very short and rude, there's only a few there now that are actually genuinely helpful. Ive been in here when people from corporate are in, and I have a feeling the moral has gone down since corporate only cares about numbers so the employees are probably feeling that...corporations shouldn't sacrifice quality for quantity....

So I was in a bad situation, stuck from outta town and my phone had died. The front counter clerk was gracious enough to show me an outlet in the lobby. Even though 15 min later the what I'm assuming is the GM going home rudely says, "customers aren't allowed to charge phones." The young girl saved me, she didn't let the politics and patriarchy of rules dictate her ability to help out a stranded customer in need. You go girl!! And to the managers, step...
