“This location is conveniently right next to a 99 Ranch Market, which is a definite go to for Asian food, snacks, and groceries! They have a large selection of boba's and this location is a bit small, but it's cute! Staff are super nice and restroom is always clean. Hope to see more individuals try this place out! Update: Not sure why the location is towards Base Line Road, but it's actually closer to the market than it is indicated on the map!

Parking: There are 2 plazas located in this area. Parking directly in front of the shop has been fairly easy for me though I have not seen any, wheelchair access from the curb to the shop.“

“I love tealove. They have so MANY options to choose from. Ranging from teas, juices, coffees and the list goes on. You also choose your level of sweetness. My husband loves the coconut milk tea with boba and brown sugar drizzle. I always get the strawberry coconut with popping strawberry and coconut jelly. My son got the mango lemonade and loved it. He's also tried the peach lemonade and liked it alot too. We ordered 5 minutes before getting there and when we got there our order was ready. They are super fast with orders.“

“I got the Four Seasons Cheese drink! The Four Seasons tea was topped with a layer of freshly made sea-salt cheese foam, and the sea-salt cheese foam was a 10/10 ? The first sip of the foam tasted just the same as the next couple of sips, which was great that it didn’t just automatically sink and mix in with my tea! “We became regular clients after trying the boba here. My family and I love boba drinks and we each have different taste and preferences. They offer different drinks; Thai Tea, milk tea and a variety of different teas. The only bad thing is that their boba serving is the same for the regular and/or jumbo size and if you pay extra is not much of a difference. The employees are always nice and friendly. They always have a positive attitude and if you are undecided on what to order they will suggest a few drinks.

“Update 10/22/2024: They just added a hot food counter and combo deals, where you can pick your main dish(es) and sides. The broccoli beef is flavorful, as well as the orange chicken. There are other dishes like Mongolian beef, kung pao chicken, honey shrimp, hot and sour soup.
