“I decided to try this place as it was closer than another popular hot chicken place and I think this place does some things better than that one. The chicken and sauce were more flavorful here and I especially liked the slider. The other place did have much crispier fries though. Overall, I’d say it’s a good alternative, especially if you’re looking for halal chicken.“

“The hot loaded fries are the best. This place was not too busy and we got our food in a reasonable time. The bathroom needed some attention but no big deal. The staff were friendly and they seemed attentive to cleaning the tables and taking orders.“

“This was my first time trying this place and the food was amazing, very fresh and seasoned to perfection. I don’t mind waiting because they cook everything right when you order. I got the chicken and shrimp skewers and really appreciated the portion sizes. Susan made me feel very welcomed and told me about the other items on the menu that looked good so I will be back! “This restaurant is absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere is warm and friendly which is evident from all interactions with every staff member. The food and service are excellent in every sense of the word. The bread and baklava were made fresh! The Turkish Delights were phenomenal. The owner and staff went to great lengths to make us feel comfortable and welcome, explaining the menu items in detail. We are so excited to have come across this gem!!! It is the type of culinary and cultural experience that my husband and I treasure. We will be coming again soon, both with and without friends! “Not a fan of the no human interaction when ordering. Chicken tenders were a little flatter than I expected but were yummy. Ordered hot and felt more like medium. Was paying for

“Got their 2 meat combination plate with beef and chicken shawarma and it absolutely stuffed me. It's rare now a days for a meal under $25 to be enough to feed me twice. The veggies in the salad wre crisp and the shawarma was tender and spiced just right. Do hit this place up because there's not a lot of Mediterranean options in the area let alone one that serves up this much value and quality.“

“The food is very good only thing I didn't care for was the fried mac n cheese balls everything else was fantastic I recommend the brisket. Their was only two workers and they still gave great service. Our server Imani and the chef Daniel were awesome. Will be coming back“

“Great place for shopping, fresh fruit and veggies cans of all types. I love the cheeses that they have the dairy products. They bake fresh bread everyday and they have better bread as well. Naan bread and some different type of breads. They also I love the cuisines, the barbecue meat and the falafel. The hummus dip. And I love the shawarma meat and chicken on the grill. Beautiful place. Very friendly customer service. The meats fresh with all types became my best shopping destination“

Oddly there was hardly anyone there. Not sure if we were there at an odd time or it just happened to be not busy. Anyways the food is definitely worth the visit.“

“We always look forward to Baar Baar but they truly had the A-team working tonight. We tried a couple dishes for the first time (SWEET POTATO CHAT and CHICKEN CHETTINAD) in addition to our normal go-tos (CAULIFLOWER 65, SELECTION OF INDIAN CURRIES, rice, and garlic naan). We were lucky enough to have the bar manager / beverage director running the bar that night and the cocktails were even better (didn't know that was possible tbh) than usual. I continue to think Baar Baar is one of the best restaurants in the city and is consistently underrated (however well rated it is).“

“Wow. As soon as we walked in. The ambience was legit and the smell of BBQ made us hungry immediately. We sat at the bar, and Rob was wonderful our entire time. He made drink and food recommendations, and checked on us numerous times. He really made our experience so incredible. We ordered sliders, potato skins, the Fondido dip,and next time we have to get the wings. We had a few drinks and everything was amazing. We can't wait to go back!“
