I used the kiosk machine for the very first time. Lol
It took a very long time and they messed up on two other orders then ours. The person working spoke with an attitude to my child. Don’t recommend.
The best McDonald's restaurant in Chino. Accepts all comers, with fast indiscriminate service. Competent employees/staff. And a clean diner. In a really nice neighborhood with a exceedingly good environment vibe

McDonald's is a restaurant known for its good food and quick service. The coffee is especially enjoyable. Recently, there have been some improvements in the cleanliness of the environment, with some customers noting a clean and friendly atmosphere. However, there are still reports of trash found on the floor and overflowing trash bins during certain visits. The staff at this location are generally polite and helpful, though they are still learning and could benefit from more guidance. Customers have mentioned experiencing excellent service from staff and crew members, including a positive interaction with a team member who took and delivered orders efficiently. The manager is experienced and kind. While the food is generally good, some reviews indicate that it has occasionally been served in a sloppy manner, with a complaint about a smashed hamburger. Despite these issues, this McDonald's location remains a decent option for a meal, especially in its nice area near Kaiser in the Chino Spectrum, making it a nice place to sit and hang out or study.
