Don’t know if it’s the baking sheet that is worn out but my pretzel had a bunt after taste and was hard even after asking and waiting ten minutes for a fresh pretzel .
Great service today. Offer to make my food fresh, worth the wait.
Tried this Wetzel’s Pretzels location for the first time and was really disappointed. The pretzel I got tasted old and stale, or fresh at all. Definitely not enjoyable, especially for a first time visit.
