“Ironbark is a very nice local brewery! They make and serve hard cider, there are some other drinks available and food trucks visit on the weekends with a variety of cuisine. There are musical events, pub, trivia, bingo, and Friday karaoke, as well as a monthly open mic night. It is a great friendly café type atmosphere and an LGBTQ+ safe space!“

“We decided to check out this new business in our area to support a local spot. There was a DJ playing great music on the day we visited, which came with a cover charge. We enjoyed a couple of glasses of Riesling, eventually getting two bottles—finishing one there and taking the other home. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the space was clean and well-kept. We learned that it was the owner’s birthday weekend, which explained the DJ, and we got to meet her—she was lovely! We’ll definitely be back to enjoy a glass of wine after dining at Haven Market.“

“Every month is a different country’s wine selections and food is by Taberna, a Spanish restaurant next door. They have a monthly wine club that includes a bottle of wine a month and a daily glass of wine/tasting for $42+ tax if you’re in the area!“

“Although reservations should be planned in advance otherwise the sitting could take about 45 minutes to an hour but well worth the wait From the outside the cozy Italian atmosphere that is both energetic and intimate while delivering quality Italian food that is as creative as it is traditional.
We started off with the Bacon wrapped dates with a balsamic vinegar glaze and an arugula & gorgonzola salad
WithThree meatballs, marinara & alfredo sauces
You would be remiss to not pair at least one pasta, our pick was Fettuccini in a creamy cheese sauce with chicken
and Braised beef short rib with carrots & peas in a Chianti sauce absolutely delicious’s
Closing the evening with
Chocolate lava mousse cake with vanilla ice cream and traditional spumoni ice cream

“This dark and hidden gem is so delicious. It’s the type of deli you expect off a busy street corner in the heart of the city center. The boars head meats are quality you really taste and the spear pickles are so good. I love the accessibility to pick up a special bottle of vino with friends or grab a quick tall boy for game night. The sandwiches are good! My two cents; Don’t toast the bread.
It gets too crispy and you can’t savor the flavor profiles on your tastebuds. It also beats up your mouth. Aside from not toasting your bun this is a definite weekly go to and a hidden gem along the Boulevard.“
