My dad and I come in on our last day in Chula Vista looking for a place that served menudo on a weekday. My dad is from Jalisco and we very skeptical of hominy in menudo, but it was delicious. My dad also got the birria de chivo and loved it. If we are ever back in Chula Vista, we would definitely return.
I would like to mention a small detail. About a menu order.
I placed a takeout order, but when I got home, there was a lot of grain and very little meat. I feel like it was the last thing of the day. I think it's better to say it's over

WORTH THE WAIT! Fernanda our waitress was excellent. Such great service by her. The food is delicious. We will be back! (Just please turn up the AC - we were all sweating by the end of the meal.)
