I read the reviews and decided to give it a try since there was a lot of positive things being said. The portions are plentiful and I loved the fried rice. Overall the meats were good, but my chicken was dry, could've really used more sauces and seasoning. The lady who took my order was very nice and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back. Oh ginger and yum yum sauce is the best!
The food is always amazing. So friendly. I would try it out if you have not. They have tables for you to dine in.

The calamari is incredibly tender, fresh, and zero percent chewy—a rare find. The yum yum sauce was perfect, and the meats were perfectly cooked. The portions are huge, and the food is always hot and delicious. For anyone in a hurry, there is a fantastic call-ahead ordering system, and online orders are ready upon arrival. Prices are not too bad for the amount of food. This is the best hibachi food truck in Chula Vista.
