Went to El Tianguis for lunch today. I haven't been there in a while and they have expanded their menu. I ordered 4 rolled tacos with rice and beans (regular+combo) and carne asada nachos. The service was friendly, but indifferent. Food took about 10 minutes to receive. The rolled tacos were good, fresh, hot and crispy but tender. Beans and rice were hard and cold. I would skip. This spot is such a hidden gem. I'm so happy I was craving gas station taquitos and came here instead. At first the menu seems a little barren because it's literally JUST rolled tacos, bowls, and nachos. But the few items they do have, they do well.
