I know a lot of the fast food restaurants do this, but it's super annoying that I order a drink and get the whole cup filled to the brim with ice. I mean , really? Sometimes I forget to ask for no ice, and here I did. That ice took up more than half the cup capacity. I feel almost violated, but for certain taken advantage of. If you order a drink and NEED ice, at the very least say "light ice". Otherwise, do the "no ice" order if you use the drive thru
