Based on the reviews, El Primo Birriería is a place with bold, no-nonsense flavor. The birria is rich, deeply savory, and soaked into every bite, especially in the crispy, cheesy tacos dipped in consommé. It is messy in the best way and is seriously satisfying comfort food. However, the food can be noticeably too salty, and the birria taco has a poor serve with not enough meat. The prices are scary and way too expensive, with tacos costing $7~$10 above other places. One person paid $25 for 4 tacos and 1 small consome. The service is not too great, with all plates coming out at different times. The restaurant will not put tables together to accommodate a family. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is friendly, but the Micheladas are WAY overpriced. There are no paper seat covers and no toilet paper in the women's bathroom. They always want cash and charge extra for debit.
