The food was excellent and the service was both friendly and fast. I'll definitely be coming back for more! My favorite was their signature chicken-it was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly crunchy all the way to the bone.
Max's Restaurant instantly took me back to the Philippines with every bite. The flavors were just as I remembered from dining at Max's back home. From the rich, savory Laing to their iconic ‘sarap-to-the-bones’ fried chicken, each dish made me feel like I was right back in the Philippines.
Staff are great! That's for sure. NO Bagoong for Kare-kare. Might as well scrap that on the menu. It won't be called Kare-kare without bagoong.
