I've always enjoyed NOVO Brazil's kombucha variety, which is why I was excited to visit their Otay Ranch location for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to my expectations. The service was notably slow. I ordered a kombucha flight, but it took nearly an hour to arrive. The food was okay, but not memorable.
