Soup was cold and the bread sticks were hard as a rock. And to top it off I was sick for 3 days. The waiter was very pleasant and nice great service from him. The manager had come to our table and we told him about the soup being cold and the bread sticks being hard.and stale.i hate to say but the olive garden isn't what it use to be.

This place one hundred percent went down the tube's. The service is awful and nobody cares about their job that works here. My last two experiences were terrible. Nothing like waiting forever for food that tastes lousy. I think the Alfredo sauce for the breadsticks was scrapped out of a pan. Figuring out my simple order of cabonra was like an impossible math equation that everyone had to figure out and it was dead too. I told a worker I was running to my car really quick because they took forever to get my bill. When I came back I was locked out. I thought they were giving me a hard time or something. This use to my go to place when all else fails but I will never step inside a Olive Garden never again.

Looking for a good, reasonable price lunch the 'never ending soup & salad' plus hot bread sticks is the deal $10.99 specialAll you can eat...but usually not necessary the servings are generous. We take a $6 to go entree home for another day.Service is just as good as if you ordered a $100 meal.

Went with my boyfriend for a dinner date. Wait was 25 mins, nothing too bad. We were seated in a different back area that we've never sat before. Instantly I was overwhelmed with the smell of rotten milk. Almost like mildew. Appetizers were great, but I could not get over the retched smell. It was so bad that I did not want to eat my main course there. As soon as they brought it out we asked for to-go boxes. Our noses got stuffy just being in that area of the restaurant. My boyfriend experienced stuffy nose & itchy eyes. Mind you, he was perfectly fine up until we were seated in that area. We felt sick. Our server was Alice, she had amazing customer service & made us feel welcomed. Also the food was great & was eaten at home.

I must say, this Olive Garden Italian restaurant is truly a gem. My husband and I have visited quite a few Olive Gardens in our time, and this one stands out as one of the best. The service was impeccable, with our waiter and his team always attentive and quick to help. The food, as always, was delicious - Olive Garden never disappoints in that department. But what really made this particular visit special was the warm and inviting atmosphere, and the genuine smiles on the faces of the staff. We left feeling happy and satisfied, and we can't wait to go back soon!

I don’t know why their spaghetti was a little bitter. It was not the same as before. It was not only me who tasted that. My whole family.Maybe the chef/cook is different? Next time I’m gonna order different pasta. Other pasta we ordered were good. The breadsticks was good too.

This is our GO TO place. Unfortunately, it's also that for all of Chula Vista. Sometimes, the wait is over 1.5 hours. The staff is always friendly and can accommodate my accessibility requirements. There really aren't a lot of handicap spots (maybe 5 out front and 2 on the sides). It seems there are more all in order spots out front. They have a lot of parking around the sides that could b utilized for pick-up orders instead of right in the front. Handicap parking is always full. Management aught to reconsider this.Wheelchair accessibility: I've already explained my issue with handicap parking. The way the dining is set up makes it hard to easily move around. I use my standing walker, and I can usually navigate, but it gets in the way of our seating. We manage tho and the staff are really good about it. I rarely see a manager walking thru, but in their defense, I usually see one manning the take-out area. All in all, we like the place and continue to go back. The bathrooms are always clean and maintained.

Overall the food is the same as any other Olive Garden the service is 5 / 10 I think they just hire people because there's no one that wants to work Food takes way too long to be served People that go in there are people looking for a bargain or cheap price which equals A typical type of people

Been to this olive garden located at Chula Vista area. 11:15am came in, was seated in the corner table. which hostess was selected that table area for us. Wanted a much more comfortable setting area. But she said "NO"!?Waiter, took our order. Food came and there was a black fly zooming around the table, they seen me swapping it away.? Waiter send someone else to check us out. It was 11:54am. I felt like we were being rushed to leave.? I asked for a box. Paid. And lefted out of there. I will not come here again! It was horrible & disrespectful towards how we were treated! Bunch of racist people! Bad customers services! The staff & worker's need plenty of more education on how to treat customers with respect, & kindness, matters. Horrible experience, with the worker's in this olive garden located at Chula Vista area. ??
