On the Rocks Cocktails is a lively spot with great music, pool tables, and affordable drinks. The bartenders, including Kailey and Jessie, are cool, professional, and friendly, creating a fun atmosphere. The DJ adds to the energy, and the drink selection is decent. The bar is clean, including the single-stall bathroom, making it a great spot to let loose and have a good time.
