Yeah the boba drink was good 5/5, but everything else seemed like a clown show. Waited 30 minutes to get 1 drink and a popcorn chicken. Popcorn chicken was not crispy and very soggy, but it was hot which didn't make sense. We ended up going home to airfry it.
Really the 1 star is for another customer who seemed to being doing delivery orders. This guy saw his order ready on the countertop. He saw that his bag was torn so he asked for a new one. It took them 20+ minutes to get a new bag for him. The dude was visibly upset. I would be too.
Was excited to get Boba Ave 8090 again since both locations in San Gabriel were shutdown. Guess I'll be excited to get Boba Ave in Rancho.

This place is quite decent. The food tastes good and the price is right. Servers are friendly. The restroom is super clean. Highly recommend.

Overheard the front desk staff being condescending to a customer asking questions. I worked food service too ages ago I understand the frustration, but at least be able to control your emotions and show a modicum of respect.

I bought a kiwi yogurt tonight, and halfway through drinking it I realized there was a small fly inside. At first, I thought it was just a kiwi seed, but when I looked closely I saw it had legs and wings😢The yogurt taste good but I hope you can take this seriously and pay more attention to food safety.

Had uji matcha in arcadia location and it was good. This location’s uji matcha is so sweet despite it being 75%. Boba is really hard like it was left in there overnight.
