Our server was great! But This Benihana isn't what it used to be. We had a long wait for the chef and she was lazy, not cutting the chicken in the rice into small pieces. And she put the rice on the corner, cooked everything else then rice last. Huh? Food was not very good, not enough veggies. No little show while she cooked, nothing. I wont be returning to this restaurant. Maybe a weekday isn't an ideal time to go? Idk what's happening at this restaurant.
Service was the slowest ever! Waited over an hour to get my soup! I had to ask for drink refills they just never came around. The chef finally came out and cooked our food at the 2 hour mark with no show what so ever. They forgot my wife's steak and gave us the rice after the meat was cooked. Horrible experience! Definitely the worst Benihana I have ever been to.
The quality of the food was disappointing—the shrimp lacked flavor and didn't taste fresh. I paid a premium price for a meal that fell short of expectations. Service has noticeably declined. I've been coming to this Benihana location for 20 years, and it used to be packed during lunch; now, even on a Friday, it's only about 25% full. The skill level of the chefs has also deteriorated. Sadly, if things continue this way, I wouldn't be surprised if this location...
