The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great it was a bit hot inside maybe the air conditioning was not on . But the service was horrible 😫 it took them forever to get our food well then chef to come to our table and cook out food and also look your recipe before you pay they gave me the wrong recipe.
Had a very disappointing experience as far as service goes yesterday at this location. I scheduled a reservation to celebrate my 19th wedding anniversary with our 7 year old in tow. Arrived at 3pm, as scheduled since that was the time wagyu started, per the times I saw prior to making the resservation.. We waited 5 mins and got seats. 2 ladies and a child to our left, a couple to our right. Someone came to take our drink order promptly and quickly came back with our orders. She...
Made a reservation for 2:45 was seated at 3:10. Cook didn't come until 4:07pm. Overall the cook was great, food was good but the service took entirely too long. Seems like they were understaffed for a holiday smh
