Turned away immediately on a Friday night at 8:00 p.m. Was told there was no seating and waved off from the waitlist. When we asked if they were closing soon, a staff member nodded. We later found out they close at 1:00 a.m. It felt like we weren't welcome at all.

It took like 4 or 5 attempts of progressively getting louder to get the attention of the girl at the bar because she was on her phone so we could get seated, and there's only one other table at 7pm. After placing our order on the tablet it took another 10 minutes from printing the ticket to ask us if the ticket was ours.

While my group and I were chatting, we realized the warming plate that keeps skewers warm was not even lit, so when the same girl brought our skewers, the plate was cold, and the candles were burnt out. Initially we were told they have no candles either to refill it, and we were that this was a policy change under the new owner - later after complaining to the lead we ended up getting the candles to warm the plate. My group and I overheard a conversation with the lead and owner that they didn't want to spend the money on using the candles - loose paraphrasing because it was in Mandarin.

It was strange to not have that when we have been to other similarly functioning establishments with tableside skewer plates that kept them warm while we eat and not have a problem.

Food was middle of the road, not bad, not overwhelmingly good.

Personally not a drinker, as this is what the place is mostly known for, the vibes are a 3/10 for me. Service was way worse than we expected.

Found this little gem on a Friday night atmosphere is great with karaoke background and food dishes like clams and veggies came out freshly made. Great for kids too as they have several camping tents to dine in

The only thing this place has going for it is the decor and sense of atmosphere. I don’t even know how this 4.8 rating came to be. Let’s not talk about the bland flavors, how as a BBQ place did you manage to have skewers that are cold and tofu that is frozen inside. And why did you guys provide us with a grill if you can’t have fire indoors.

Cozy little BBQ spot. Food tastes great with flavorful spices. Has open seating and booths with tables inside tents! Really cool welcoming vibe.

Very welcoming establishment, host was attentive and the place is a cool experience with actual camping tent dinning. Highly recommend for a friend or family gathering

Delicious Chinese bbq, my friend and I highly recommend this place. Especially their lamb skewers, shredded potatoes, stinky tofu

Everytime we come in the servers are just amazing! Super nice and helpful. The food is always a hit.

Finished everything !! Ordered scallops / stinky tofu/ squid skewers / lamb skewers. Modelo was a great combination. Will be back to try the chrysalis platter and foil clams!!
