First time at this Kalaveras in Puente Hills. It's very family oriented. Everyone accommodating and incredibly quick service. Atmosphere was calm. The food was extremely tasty! Dragon sushi roll was so, so, so delicious ???. I also had a salmon taco and shrimp tacos... those were also good. ?. I had the passion fruit agua fresca. I have to say that was too sweet for my taste. Other than that, we were pleased. ?We will definitely be back again!
I went to brunch with my partner on Sunday. To be honest, I wasn't a fan of the tacos. I tried better tacos elsewhere. The aguachile hit right on the spot. I ordered a michelada, and it was pretty good. The chef was super sweet and helpful. The ambiance was good, except I wish they would have played some rock en español to make the morning popping. There's a food station if you have children, a station for an egg omelet and chilaquile station. The chile relleno is worth eating....read full review
