“It is a nice deli shop! I came here once, in the middle of July of 2022. I ordered a deli sandwich and a breakfast burrito. Both of those meals were delicious. Furthermore, when I came here, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy the meal. Not only there was ample of space to sit down, the place was neat. At the same time, there was no line to order. Therefore, I could order my meals promptly. In addition, the staff were helpful and attentive. Of course, the meals were on the expensive side. However, I did not mind spending my cash. Since meals were well prepared. So, if anyone is in Claremont, I would recommend to stop by this deli shop! Especially in the morning.“

“This is a very homey and warm little Deli, specializing in German food and condiments. And like all deli's, they prepare all kinds of sandwiches, soups, and salads. I recently had their Corned Beef Reuben and it was superb. Great flavor and made expertly. The couple that run the place were both very pleasant. “This is my second visit. The store carries variety of sandwiches and can be made on any bread. I ordered eggs salad on a sourdough bread. The portion size is huge and very filling. It was flavorful and delicious. On my last visit I had a Turkey sandwich. It was delish as well. The service is was great and the place is clean. They have plenty of table to eat inside and outside. If you are craving for any sandwiches, stop at this location.“

OWD takes their food seriously! My wife and I got the 20 piece chicken paired with some pizza. The smell of the chicken will get you fighting to grab the first piece! Is what I would have said when I went with my friend a couple weeks ago but going in by myself and taking it to go it was not the same club sandwich that I had inside.
