“First time coming here with the hubs and pup. We are trying to find more pet friendly places so we can include our fur son.

Sat outside. Super nice weather today. Plenty of shade. It was nice because there wasn't too many people but still a lot of distractions to continue to train our pup (he's 3 1/2 but still call him my pup) in public situations.

Had the cast iron skillet cornbread and it was everything that all the reviews say. Melt in your mouth goodness. I did not try the jalapeno jam but the honey butter was good.

I ordered the fried chicken with the mashed potatoes and collard greens. Everything was great. The mashed potatoes were very creamy. I would have liked some texture in them, but good flavor overall.

Husband got the gumbo. Shrimps were tender. Felt like I there wasn't a lot of protien included. 5 or so whole shrimp, very little sausage and chicken. Mainly veggies. The overall taste was good, just need to add a little more protein.

Will more than likely return since it is dog friendly and maybe try some actual BBQ!“

“My wife and I finally stopped in at Beola's after multiple Vet visits down the street for the pup. So glad we did. While in town we have been trying multiple places in the area while our pup was undergoing multiple treatments. We ordered the chicken and waffles and OMG! We have never had such a good flavorful waffle. The chicken was Moist and tender. Also ordered a side of Mac and cheese 🤤 🤤 still thinking about that cheesy bowl of Mac! Can't wait to go back.“
