My husband brought home Eggs Benedict a couple of weeks ago and it was perfect. The chef even put the hollandaise sauce in small side containers. The potatoes on the side were tender and perfect as well. I’m writing this because my husband just brought home Eggs Benedict from a well respected restaurant in Pleasant Hill and Skylar Bistro shined so brightly in comparison. I cannot wait to go in person and try a different Benedict.
The Thai food for dinner is delicious as well.
Wonderful Thai restaurant with all the charm of the community. Well worth the short drive out from YVR as an eat-in or take-home option. The excellent quality of food, service and professionalism. of the wait staff will not disappoint.
I can’t stop obsessing over how delicious their food is ! They’re fried shrimp and wings are my favorite ?? and I like the blueberry lemonade, and I just fell in love with the Thai drink today. My first time coming was 3 weeks ago. I’ve been coming here every day after work and catch their happy hour! That’s how I ran into this hidden gem ?. Though all the servers are sweet and consistent, AH is my favorite. Can’t wait to try new things on the menu.
