“I just took my elderly neighbor in to our neighborhood KFC and got outstanding service from the young man working the counter (7/22/24, 5:00 p.m., Fowler and Ashlan location). He was so courteous and accomodating; I especially appreciated his providing an extra cup so I could enjoy a refreshing ice water on this 107 degree day!! ?“

“First time going to this specific chick-fil-a and it was my first time ever getting breakfast at one. Arrived at 6:30 am sharp after an early flight, and it was absolutely splendid. Got the ol' spicy biscuit, which was beautifully soft and buttery with a magnificent chicken breast sandwiched within. The hash-browns, albeit a little bit of a small serving size for my liking, were absolutely delightful, with a just perfect crisp and classic taste. I 100% recommend this location, and it will probably become a staple spot to hit up after the airport.

Parking: Inside a large shopping center, should be relatively easy to find parking“

“I went last night with my youngest daughter and her dad. It was their first time there. The food was great, atomosphere is great and customer service was great. Irie was very laid back and inviting. She made ordering so much more easier. We would definitely come back again.“

“Freshly made highly flavored chicken bone in or the ever so amazingly tasting tenders with some jojo's makes coming here to an almost to busy but controlled environment clean store and not the worst cashiers in Fresno at least they do crack a smile for you. “Great chicken. Well seasoned and very juicy. Good portions too. The sides were great. We had the beans and rice and mashed potatoes and both were flavorful and filling.

The biscuits are a stand alone product. Better than most.

“Edited: I have since gone back and told them about my experience and have ordered it Spicy Birdz Hot every single time since then, and every single time I've gotten the mouth burning experience I've been looking for 😍🤤 thank you so much! I think there really was just some miscommunication here, the Spicy Birdz Hot is definitely not for someone who doesn't like spice or can't handle heat well.

"I ordered a lone tender just to try it, the size was really good but there was a lot of batter, flavor was decent but I ordered it at the hottest level and... Hot Cheetos are spicier. I was super disappointed with the level of heat at what is apparently the spiciest level. I don't know why but I also assumed there would be a spicy sauce on it but it was just seasoned. Good for people who think black pepper is spicy, or Pepperonis. Not for people who actually like spice... I feel like they might've forgotten it, honestly."

Dietary restrictions: The chile here isn't oil based, it's powder based, if that matters (but I mean it gets saturated in the oil of the deep fried tender) and unless you ask I'm pretty sure almost everything offered has some sort of dairy in it, whether it's the house sauce or coleslaw or mac and cheese.“
